Super happy with this business. I called with an issue on my MRCool unit. As soon as I described what is going on, he asked me a couple of questions. Told me it sounded like I need to clean my filters. He was right. Didn't charge me a penny even after I told him to send me a bill for the phone call. He could have come out and got me with a service charge, but didn't. Total respect.

I brought new AC system for my office from Mr. shane. Mr. shane service is excellent also I am happy to get a good warranty and I don't think anyone give such a good service and warranty and Mr. Shane's team also work well and has a good experience of work.

Just got back home from work after a hectic day, and guess what, my AC stopped working. With almost 100 degree temperature and high humidity, it was almost impossible for me to live without AC. I immediately called one of the local companies, they picked up the phone but inspite of my helpless requests, they clearly denied to show up. I was frustrated. Then one of my colleagues gave me Mr. Shane's contact number. He responded immediately. They reached my home quickly, and fixed the AC with utmost perfection. The persons came was polite, kind and very efficient in their work. Mr Shane was very much patient with my dumb questions regarding AC. At the end of the day, he saved me from going through a really miserable situation. Never had a problem regarding my ac ever since. Enjoying my air.

I used this A/C company some time back to replace my A/C. They did a great job. they changed the part that is outside. Everyone else was trying to get me to change the complete system saying because of freon I have to spend thousands more and replace it all. Shane came out and said all he had to replace was the outside unit because he had a freon that worked with the old kind. anyway, long story short.... It worked and gave me no problems, easy fast financing. So, when the heat did not work, I called them back. No supprise, I got the same fast service that I received when I purchased the new outdoor unit. turns out it was my breaker.I recomend these guys to everyone.
